Food Spoilage occurs when the original nutritional value, texture and/or flavour of the food are affected or degraded and the food become harmful to people and unsuitable to eat.





FEW REASONS FOR FOOD SPOILAGE:


  • Non GMP/ Non Sanitary equipment design.

  • Non compatible cleaning chemical

  • Under Cooking

  • Expired shelf life

  • Use of non food grade chemicals

  • Un hygienic surroundings

  • Unsafe of unauthorised additives or usage of additives at not right quantity


TO PREVENT FOOD SPOILAGE:


  • Store at right temperature

  • Cook to optimum temperature

  • Use RO and clean water for cooking
